First report of three species of dark-winged fungus gnats (Diptera: Sciaridae), on Pinus mugo Turra, from Iran

Abstract:

طی بررسی‌های انجام شده در سال 1394 روی حشرات مرتبط با کاج Pinus mugo Turra در فضای سبز شهرستان مشهد سه گونه پشه سیاه قارچ‌زی از روی درختان مشاهده و جمع‌آوری گردید که توسط Kai Heller ازکشور آلمان به نام‌هایBradysia odoriphaga Yang & Zhang, 1985, Bradysia trivittata Staeger, 1840  و Scatopsciara atomariaZetterstedt, 1851  شناسایی شد. این پشه­ها متعلق به خانواده‌یSciaridae  می­باشند. جنس Scatopsciara و سه گونه ذکر شده برای اولین بار از ایران گزارشمی­شوند.

First report of three new Fusarium species isolated from garden soil in southern Iran

Fifty Fusarium isolates were obtained from 20 garden soil samples in Hormozgan province (S Iran). The isolates were identified based on morphological and molecular data. Sequence data were generated for TEF-1αgene, following PCR amplification. Among the identified species, Fusariummangiferae, F.gaditjirrii, and F. decemcellularerepresent new records to the mycobiota of Iran.
